Quality Policy

Each of us will take whatever preventive action is required to deliver defect-free work, on time, to all of our customers and to continually improve our quality system.

DC Martin is committed to being recognized as a responsible provider of testing and calibration service in the eyes of our customers, employees, and suppliers.  This is achieved through our commitment to continually improve our calibration results and the effective implementation of our policies, procedures, and work instructions.  All employees performing calibration activities are trained on the appropriate and recognized procedure.  All personnel strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and any applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. NIST Handbook 44) while maintaining the highest ethical standards.  Service (laboratory) activities and documentation meet ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines for all customers whose quality systems require conformance to ISO/IEC 17025.
