The D.C.Martin Service Organization

Large Truck The D.C.Martin Service Organization is composed of a very unique group of people dedicated to making our clients successful through increased up-time, thorough preventive maintenance, positive and rapid reaction to field service, and dedication to quality systems standards and compliance issues.

Service Contracts

D.C.Martin Contract Clients hold us to a performance standard which exceeds the "industry standard". Once a client has contracted us for pre-scheduled preventive maintenance, we guarantee a four(4) hour or better response time for any service emergency. We will, and do, pull our technicians off non-contract jobs in order to take care of a contract client. For more information contact: David Martin III

For an explanation of "What we do on Inspections", please contact us. We are pleased to invest the time with you in an effort to create and tailor a maintenance agreement which benefits your company's specific and unique requirements and needs.

Technical Support

Our facility Our Technical Support Group is available for both application assistance and service guidance. If you prefer to call us for technical support (1-800-530-9012), we are ready to assist you.

In the event of a down-condition request, we will provide technical support and guide you as we resolve the issue. If we are successful, a modest technical support fee will be invoiced. In the event we cannot resolve the issue together and a field-service dispatch is required, there will be no charge for the technical phone support.

Rental Department

Our Service Department takes pride in the way it responds to short or long term rental scale requirements. Current model equipment and an inventory of over five hundred units is available through D.C.Martin and our Strategic Partner Mettler Toledo. For more information contact: Mickey Bullock
